Zoe Aldridge

Zoe Aldridge completed their PhD at Loughborough University in 2025. Their work focused on mental health outcomes of Gender Affirming Hormone Care for Transgender and Gender Diverse (TGD) individuals as well as exploring Gender Minority Stress and resilience factors. They currently work for the Nottingham Centre for Transgender Health as a member of the research team where in addition to service evaluations and audits they carry out research exploring improving resilience to Gender Minority Stress, the role of social media in the lives of TGD people, and outcomes of Gender Affirming Care.
