Rue Ball
Rue Ball (she/they) is a Clinical Scientist at Synnovis Analytics in London. She provides advice about laboratory tests for NHS patients, and assures their quality. She has performed audits, research and teaching to improve the care medical laboratories provide to trans & non-binary people. She conducted the TransRIHTS study to establish normal ranges in trans people on hormone therapy, and she is co-chief investigator of a forthcoming nationwide study about prostate cancer testing in trans women and non-binary people with a prostate.
