Nadia is a 4th year medical student at the University of Manchester, with two years of clinical experience on placement in Preston and Chorely. Her interest in LGBTQ+ affirmation in healthcare has become a topic of advocacy and research throughout medical school, including consulting on LGBTQ+ affirmation in the medical school curriculum and conducting research on the University of Manchester’s teaching to provide recommendations to improve medical education on queer and trans healthcare topics.
