Lilly-Emma is Co-Lead of the Gender Incongruence in Adults Priority Setting Partnership (PSP), collaborating with partner organisations, transgender, non-binary and gender-diverse adults, and healthcare professionals to co-create a list of research priorities to guide future studies. She is also Founder and Director of the newly established non-profit Trans+ Health Research UK CIC and a PhD student at Lancaster University Medical School. She is a member of the British Association of Gender Identity Specialists and a student member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.
