Evening Social Event

Thursday Evening 9th October

Symposium Delegates are automatically included in the evening social event, as part of your ticket, unless you opt out of it at the point of booking.  You can add a guest to your ticket for an additional fee. If your plans change and you would like an additional ticket or to let us know that you won’t be attending, please email secretary@bagis. co.uk

There is a meal included in your ticket and this will be buffet style.  There is a bar for you to buy drinks. This is a relaxed informal event for you to spend time socialising with colleagues. The dress code is informal, please wear whatever you choose.

The event this year will be held at The Vault Bar. This is in the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel which is a short walk from the daytime venue and close to Canal Street.
