Membership expiry and grace periods including process for renewal:
Once current annual membership expires, the system will ban you and you will not be able to login to renew. Please contact the secretary in order to renew. Your renewal will be considered according to the following criteria, as agreed by Council:
- Within one calendar month of your membership expiry, login access will be restored, and renewal will be accepted via the membership renewal form.
- Within 3 calendar months of your membership expiry, renewal will only be accepted via a new application form but the original references from the recently expired application will stand and do not need rechecking.
- Beyond 3 calendar months of your membership expiry, your membership and all details will be deleted from the member list and to rejoin a complete new application including references will need to be completed.
